Room Information
Wi-Fi
Electricity
To activate the electricity in your room, insert your room card into the designated card holder.
When the card is removed, the refrigerator and the outdoor light remain in operation.
Electronic Safe
To use the safe:
- Place your valuable personal belongings inside.
- Close the door and hold it firmly shut.
- Enter a personal code of your choice.
- Press the ENTER button.
Television and Air Conditioning
You will find the television and air-conditioning remote controls on the desk in your room.
Room Amenities
Personal hygiene products and slippers are provided in your room for your comfort during your stay.
Hot and Cold Water
Hot water is on the left side of the tap and may take a few seconds to reach the desired temperature.
Cold water is on the right side.
Beach Towels
Beach towels are available from Reception.
To receive clean replacement towels, please return the used towels to Reception first.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms.
Smoking is allowed only on your private balcony or terrace.
Espresso Machine
You are welcome to use the espresso machine free of charge.
One coffee capsule per day, per adult guest is provided.
Tea and Sugar
Tea and sugar are provided free of charge and replenished daily by our housekeeping service.
Private Gazebos
The gazebos are reserved exclusively for the private use of guests staying in the corresponding ground-floor rooms.
Housekeeping Service
- Daily room cleaning throughout your stay.
- Bed linen is changed every two days.
- Towels are changed daily.
- We use professional cleaning products that are environmentally friendly.
- Our staff is fully trained and equipped with the appropriate equipment to ensure safe and effective cleaning.
- Bed linen and towels are washed at temperatures above 70°C by an external professional laundry service that complies with all necessary hygiene and safety standards.
